I’m co-founder & CEO of Airweave (YC P25), where we build context retrieval infrastructure for AI agents. Based in San Francisco and Amsterdam.

Before that, I worked on deep learning and Bayesian modeling at Amazon, Adyen, IBM, and the University of Amsterdam’s Institute for Logic, Language and Computation.

My name is pronounced exactly like you would pronounce “Leonard” in English, as in “Leonard Cohen”. I’m originally from Curaçao. In my free time, I enjoy playing guitar, tennis, football (soccer), reading, and language learning.
